Shouldn't of remade the game because it's literally just an upgraded version of the ps3 with just more graphic design and details with the same mechanics it's just plays like old game and isn't enjoyable in my opinion as there's no dodge, might sound nit pick but it is a zombie survival game and should have that chance to block or dodge but yet they want to change £70 just for the look of the game nothing new playing wise, not hating just simply sharing that they could of but the mechanics in to dodge for the game but left it in old school for playing wise, you can suger caot a turd and it will still taste like shit...😂

I'd love a game in this series that takes place in that 20-year span from the first game. I think there is a lot of potential for a story during that time. Everyone would still be trying to figure out how to live in this world and how to deal with the infected.

In hindsight... Joel walking out of a blinding light while singing "Surely goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life" is SUCH a clear indicator that Joel is dead and Ellie was talking to a metaphorical ghost or imagination of Joel.. Naughty Dog even confirmed as much in Grounded II. This song so perfectly sums up both Ellie and Joel.. and it's an amazing performance my Ashley Johnson. And damn this edit is so good!!

If they kill off Tommy or he’s unplayable in Pt.3…..we riot

The thing with part 3 is that if we play as Abby and Ellie their stories/paths have to cross somehow otherwise what would the point be of having two separate stories that don’t even intersect at all in 1 game and if we don’t play as Abby at all then what was the point of making us play half of part 2 as her? Surely ND Knew that people would wanna know about what happenes to her and lev after the ending of part 2

these games are honestly two of the best games ever made point blank period, the acting, the graphics, the storyline and even the combat content. they did such an amazing job at making you feel so deeply for the characters especially in the second game, even the tiny things such as the dynamics with characters you dont even see for a particularly long time, like ellies interactions with sam in the first game, these games and the people behind them are just so amazing!!

Tommy will die at the start of part 3 he is the last living member of the Miller family (unless you count Ellie). Sarah died in part 1 and Joel in part 2 and Tommy being the 3rd and final Miller will almost certainly die in part 3.

This game gets a lot of unnecessary from certain people simply because of Joel's death, but more so that you have to play as Abby for a good portion of the game. Naughty Dog had the balls to do something very different, and they knew it would piss off a certain amount of people, but the hate this game gets is beyond ridiculous!. Laura Bailey is a phenomenal voice actress(I've been a fan of hers since I first played Bloodrayne 2 when that came out) Underrated game btw. But she was amazing as Abby and I like Abby as a character, and we all know why Abby did what she did. But as I said, the hate this game gets is a joke. This is literally one of the best games ever made and in my opinion it's better than the first game which is also one of the best games ever made. Troy Baker and Ashley Johnson are amazing!. The only other game to make me so emotional other than The Last of Us 1,2 was Telltales The Walking Dead the voice acting especially from Melissa Hutchison as Clementine is simply up there with the best I've ever heard. I can't wait for the 3rd instalment of The Last of Us.

Imagine this. Its the Final Season, Kenny Survived and you still play as Clementine throughout the season however when Clementine and AJ get captured by Lily on the boat like the original. You switch to Kenny, you have to go save Clem, AJ and the rest of the school kids. On the way Kenny would get bit somehow and something like this happens and then you fight Lily as a Bitten Kenny maybe you would get saved by Clem who knows. I just thought of that just there 😂

I think almost every decision that was made on this story was valid and well executed and well done. I think that Druckmann and co could have saved themselves a lot of backlash had they stopped to think for a second about what it takes to get audience connection. By that I mean that they were taking a very big swing in making Abby's first act being to kill the last game's lead character. For most people, that introduction undercuts the development given to abby because most of the players refused to give her any sympathy upon learning her backstory. Had Druckmann and co structured the game so that the first scene of it was Abby discovering her father's body after Joel and Ellie escaped the fireflies and the marketing did more to prep the player base for a new playable character then player's sympathies could have been maintained and they would have been able to give the game its due credit for its tough moral quandaries that it explores. Me personally, I played til Joel's death and felt so overwhelmed by my own emotions as well as the response from other fans that I put the game down for several weeks. I picked it back up once I had a clearer head and I was able to really enjoy the story but most players didn't do that. They rage played the game, brute forcing their way through it while still angry about Joel's death and hating Abby with a passion which didn't allow them to process the story they were given properly. Its not a bad game by any metric it just that the devs made a big structural plot decision that didn't work in its favor.
